Due to the 2020 pandemic, Astellas HBR decided to have their annual summer sales conference in a virtual environment. They were looking for a partner who would implement the traditional conference to a digital platform, due to their lack of expertise in this field. Astellas HBR were aware to the fact that such a project needs a team who has all the competencies that a technical partner and an advertisement agency both have. Therefore, the new partner would succeed in a completely new format in a short time of period with the right project management. This was the reason why they chose Progressive. Our agency successfully implemented the first virtual event for Astellas HBR in 2 days with 80 guests joining from Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania. The virtual conference all together took for 16 hours had 16 performers from 7 different countries in 5 different time zones and had 8 parallel workshop rooms.
