Richter Gedeon's employer branding campaign sought an integrated solution to the complex challenges of the labour market. We presented the employer through the unique personal stories of employees. This allowed us to stand out from the communication noise targeting similar audiences and effectively target potential employees who could interpret the employer's values concerning their own needs and lives.
In digital media planning, we identified in detail the entry points and interests of the target audience, rather than standard solutions. In addition, we targeted blue-collar workers with location-specific messaging.
