Organising events from concept development through to execution. Active collaboration with team members in-house, from strategists to creative colleagues. Managing and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. Active participation in brainstorming sessions, where every idea counts. Solution-focused approach. Providing first-class client service. Co-ordinating subcontractors. Preparing professional presentations. Invoicing and some administrative tasks are also part of the role.

Primarily as a pair: an account manager and an event manager form the core of the project team. With the support of creatives, strategists, social media and digital project managers, we aim to deliver the most perfect brand experience possible. Flexible working hours within certain parameters. Using exciting technological solutions (e.g. VR/AR/MR, motion capture, projection mapping).

At least 2 years’ agency experience in event management. Teamwork and collaboration. A project management mindset. The ability to work quickly, accurately and thoroughly within a structured system. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Business-level English. Be keen and able to develop and learn new things! A driving licence with active driving experience is an advantage. An interest in digital gadgets and solutions is an advantage.
