Employer Branding

An employer brand built on real people and real stories.

The Progressive employer branding team designs employer branding strategies, creative platforms and recruitment campaigns.

Turn your real company culture into an employer brand people want to join and stay with. Instead of empty promises, your employer brand is built around the values, stories and day-to-day experiences that matter to employees and candidates. Strategic thinking, creative storytelling, Progressive’s proprietary tools and measurable campaigns help it work across recruitment, retention and internal communication.

Employer branding strategy, creative platform, recruitment campaign, internal communications and content development, all integrated into a single system, to ensure the employer brand connects authentically with people.

Employer branding strategy and EVP

“A good employer brand doesn’t just come up with an image of what the company should look like; it clearly articulates why it’s worth being part of it.”

Béla Hlavacsek, Head of Strategy

Give your employer brand a foundation people can believe in. Your culture, employee experience, candidate expectations and recruitment priorities shape an EVP and creative direction that reflects what your organisation can authentically stand for. Specialist experience in HR, internal communications and organisational psychology is complemented by Lazac HR—an award-winning Progressive innovation that helps translate company values into daily actions and meaningful recognition.
Recruitment campaigns and creative platforms

“A good recruitment campaign gives people a reason to imagine themselves working for you.”

Zsolt Baranyai, Creative Group Head

Help the right candidates see themselves at your company. Recruitment communications are built around their real questions, motivations and doubts, then brought to life across campaign messaging, social, performance, landing pages, video and visual content. The result goes beyond a job description to create a genuine impression of the organisation.
Internal communication, training and employee content

“Employer branding starts from within: it depends on whether people can see themselves reflected in the story.”

Bence Buzási, Creative Director

Make internal content feel relevant, not obligatory. From onboarding and e-learning to internal campaigns and employee stories, every format is built around participation, clarity and credibility. The result helps people understand and connect with the values, goals and community behind the organisation.

The usual employer branding routine...

Empty employer promises: when communication sounds good but is not strongly connected to the real employee experience.

Recruitment without a campaign mindset: when job ads, social posts, landing pages and internal messages fail to come together as one coherent story.

Internal content without engagement: when learning, onboarding or company-values communication feels more like mandatory material than a shared experience.

…and our approach to employer branding

Built on real culture: your employer brand grows from your organisation’s values, employee stories, candidate experience and business goals.

Built on human insight: your employer brand is shaped around the real expectations, motivations and decision-making factors of the people you want to attract.

A creative platform that works across channels: your recruitment and internal communications become one connected creative system, rather than a series of separate messages.

Your employer brand in Progressive Brain: capture your EVP, brand voice, key messages, visual system and campaign learnings in Progressive Brain. This gives every future recruitment campaign and internal communication a clear starting point that reflects your employer brand.

A transparent, shared process: versions, feedback and approvals stay organised in the Progressive Client Portal and review platform, so everyone can follow the work as it moves forward.

This is how we work together

How do you go about launching an employer branding project?

By understanding the company’s culture, objectives and position in the candidate market. We’ll look at who you want to reach, what kind of employee experience you offer, what your current strengths are, and where you need to develop more precise, authentic or appealing communication.

How do you work with the employer’s value proposition?

We do not treat the EVP as a standalone HR statement, but rather as the foundation for future campaigns, internal communications and the candidate experience. We draw on workshops, employee insights, management perspectives and market context to develop a promise that the organisation can authentically represent.

Can you organise a recruitment campaign as well?

Yes. We design creative platforms, campaign messages, social media and performance adverts, landing pages, as well as video and image content. The aim is for candidates not just to see a job vacancy, but to understand the environment, the values and the opportunities they would be joining.

How do you work out what you can rely on?

We begin the process with discussions, workshops and by bringing together internal experiences and candidate market perspectives. We seek to identify the genuine strengths, stories, tensions and opportunities that can be used to build both authentic internal communication and an appealing recruitment message.

Can you also develop internal communication or educational programmes?

Yes. We also produce internal campaigns, onboarding and educational content, e-learning programmes, employee stories and communications designed to build company culture. In such cases, it is particularly important that the content does not feel like compulsory material, but rather comes across as an understandable, engaging and human experience.

How is employer branding linked to performance campaigns?

A strong employer brand can be measured in terms of both creativity and media reach. In recruitment campaigns, we monitor which messages, targeting, creative approaches or landing page logic yield better candidate quality, interest or applications, and we feed these insights back into the campaign.

How does Progressive Brain help with employer branding?

We upload the completed EVP, messaging framework, brand voice, visual identity, target audience insights and previous campaigns into Progressive Brain. This means that future recruitment campaigns, internal content or creative briefs will no longer start from scratch, but will be built on the context of your own employer brand.

What does it mean that you have a proprietary employer branding / HR tool?

Bence Buzási,PhD is the co-creator of the Lazac Method. Lazac (pronounced ‘LAH-zots’) is a culture-building and behaviour-management system based on positive feedback. It plays an important role in strengthening human-to-human connections within communities—particularly in the age of AI.

What is my role as a client in this process?

As a client, it is crucial to clarify your organisational context, business objectives, HR priorities and internal approval criteria. We lead the strategic and creative process, whilst the Client Portal and review platform help to ensure that versions, feedback and approvals are transparent.

How do you measure the success of an employer branding project?

Success depends on the objective: we can look at the number of applications, the quality of candidates, campaign performance, engagement, employee feedback, internal acceptance or, in the longer term, employer brand awareness. The most important thing is that we define together, right from the start, what kind of change we want to achieve.

How does Progressive Brain learn the rules of my brand?

At the start of our collaboration, we’ll upload your brand’s style guide, data from your previous campaigns, research and creative materials into your own, fully secure Progressive Brain environment. This means the system doesn’t just make generalisations; it understands the specific context and history of your brand right from the very start.

Is our campaign data safe with Progressive Brain?

Yes. Progressive Brain is a closed, client-level isolated RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system: each agent can only access data relating to its own brand. We process data only to the extent necessary for the service to operate, and we do not use it to train AI models. Access is granted exclusively to authorised users and our designated specialists.

What is my role if the background processes are handled by the Client Portal and Brain?

You’ll have far less administration, monitoring and coordination to deal with. This finally frees up your time for what really matters: working with us to shape the strategy, refine creative ideas and focus on the event’s business results. Our systems reduce waiting times and eliminate unnecessary, tedious tasks, so that you have the time and energy to focus on personal interaction and professional discussions.
