Brand events and consumer engagement initiatives

“A good event doesn’t start with the décor, but with a clear understanding of the kind of connection we want to create.”

Richárd Lengyel, Business Unit Director, Partner

Create a real, personal connection between your brand and its audience. From invitations and venue design to creative concept, visual identity, event staff, data capture and follow-up communications, every part of the experience works as one connected journey. The result is not just a one-off activation, but a memorable and measurable brand interaction.
Corporate and internal company events

“An in-house event works when colleagues are present not as spectators but as participants.”

Mariann Katona, Creative Lead

Give your people an event that brings the company’s message and culture to life. From kick-offs and strategy meetings to awards ceremonies, team-buildings and internal conferences, every element is built around the outcome you want to create. The concept, content, programme structure, visual world and technical delivery come together in one coherent experience.
Conferences, workshops and hybrid events

“A good conference is not a series of presentations, but a story designed to capture the audience’s attention.”

Jennifer Klimász, Event Account Director

Make your conference work for everyone, wherever they join. Content, speakers, visuals, on-site technology and participant experience are designed to support the same clear story. In digital and hybrid formats, the online and in-person experiences complement each other, keeping every participant involved and able to follow.

The usual routine of organising events…

Pure logistics without concept: when everything is technically in order, but the event says nothing about the brand and leaves no lasting impression on those taking part.

Sub-tasks fall apart: when the venue, technology, content, guest services, creative materials and follow-up communications are all managed separately, so it is up to you to bring everything together.

The loss of human focus: when, amidst the pressure of organising, the very things that make the event worthwhile are lost: the chance to meet, the sense of involvement, the shared experience and the genuine connection with the brand.

…and our approach to organising events

A strategy for creating a memorable experience from the very first moment: Give your event a purpose beyond the programme. Your target audience, key message and desired outcome shape an experience designed to achieve a clear business and communication goal.

Creative dramaturgy: Create an event with a story people can follow. From the first welcome to the key moments and post-event communications, every element works together to reinforce the same brand experience.

Human relationships and genuine presence: Make the most of face-to-face connection. Every detail of your event is designed to help participants engage, connect with one another and leave with something they remember.

Transparent, controlled implementation: See every task, deadline and approval as it progresses. The Client Portal reduces coordination overhead, giving you more room to focus on the details that shape a stronger event experience.

Measurable impact: See what your event achieved after the final moment. From registrations and participant activity to satisfaction, leads, social reach and follow-up, the right data makes its real impact visible.

This is how we work
together

How does an event project get off the ground at your organisation?

We begin every event by gaining a clear understanding of its purpose. First, we clarify who we want to reach, what message needs to be conveyed, what kind of experience we want to create, and what business or organisational outcomes we expect from the event. Only then do we move on to the practical details: the venue, programme, technical requirements, visual design and event management.

What sort of events does Progressive organise?

Consumer events, client events, internal corporate events, conferences, workshops, exhibition stands, festival activations, webinars and hybrid events. The common thread in all cases is that we treat the event as a communication tool, not merely a logistical task.

Do you also help with the creative concept?

Yes. We also design the visual and content-based concept for the event, ensuring that it is not only well-organised but also has a strong communicative impact. We start with the objective, the audience and the brand’s character to develop the creative concept, which we then translate into the venue, programme, content and the participants’ experience.

What does ‘end-to-end management’ mean for you?

From concept development through venue selection, technical planning, content development, guest management and production, right through to the day-to-day coordination of the event, we manage the entire process within a single system. This means you don’t have to coordinate separate suppliers yourself, but instead work with a transparent, accountable team.

How can an internal corporate event be made credible?

By not treating it as a show imposed from the outside, but by taking our cue from the corporate culture, the employees’ circumstances and the message we wish to convey. A kick-off event, awards ceremony or internal conference works well when colleagues understand why they are there and can connect emotionally with the shared goal.

Do you have a digital solution for registration and participant management?

Yes. The Progressive Event Platform is a white-label, comprehensive event management system. Guests can register, provide advance details (such as parking, food allergies and special requirements), put together their own programme, book meetings or even order food. During the event, the daily programme and schedule can be updated in real time, and afterwards, participants can access summaries, presentations or content relevant to them in a personalised way.

Can you organise hybrid or online events as well?

Yes. We use the Progressive Event Platform for virtual and hybrid events, so we don’t just stream the event, but build a complete digital experience for participants around it. We make sure that online participants aren’t treated as a secondary audience: they should engage with the content, the programme and the other participants just as much as those who are physically present.

Can you do live broadcasts as well?

Yes. In our own studio, we can produce a full-scale live broadcast using either real or virtual sets. We have international experience in organising digital conferences, executive announcements, hybrid events and internal corporate communications events where a professional visual style, a reliable technical infrastructure and the personal touch of a live presentation are essential.

How can the success of an event be measured?

Success can be measured by the number of participants, registrations, activity levels, satisfaction feedback, leads, social media reach or business follow-up results. During the planning stage, we work together to define what impact we expect the event to have, as this also helps with creative and organisational decisions.

What is my role in the process as a client?

Your job isn’t to put out organisational fires; what really matters is working together. The Client Portal makes tasks and approvals transparent, whilst we coordinate the process so that you can focus your energy on strategic decisions, fine-tuning the content and shaping the participant experience.

How does Progressive Brain learn the rules of my brand?

At the start of our collaboration, we’ll upload your brand’s style guide, data from your previous events, research and creative materials into your own, fully secure Progressive Brain environment. This means the system doesn’t just make generalisations; it understands the specific context and history of your brand right from the very start.

Is our event data safe with Progressive Brain?

Yes. Progressive Brain is a closed, client-level isolated RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system: each agent can only access data relating to its own brand. We process data only to the extent necessary for the service to operate, and we do not use it to train AI models. Access is granted exclusively to authorised users and our designated specialists.

What is my role if the background processes are handled by the Client Portal and Brain?

You’ll have far less administration, monitoring and coordination to deal with. This finally frees up your time for what really matters: working with us to shape the strategy, refine creative ideas and focus on the event’s business results. Our systems reduce waiting times and eliminate unnecessary, tedious tasks, so that you have the time and energy to focus on personal interaction and professional discussions.
