How do we work?
You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and brands, on everything from smaller tasks to more complex campaigns.
We put together teams for each project from different divisions, tailored to the specific task at hand.
Through a detailed onboarding process, you’ll get to know us, how we operate, our clients and the exciting projects we work on.
An experienced professional will support you in your work on a day-to-day basis and won’t leave you to your own devices two weeks after your onboarding.
You can even work on a hybrid basis after your first month (two days a week from home), though we do have a fantastic office in the 11th district.

What do we expect from you?
You must have at least 6–18 months’ experience in managing PPC campaigns. The most important thing is that you shouldn’t be ‘sold up’ by Google or Meta’s ad management platforms.
You should know how to use the advertising systems, but several years’ experience isn’t required. You should be familiar with Tag Manager and Google Analytics, but we’ll train you in these too if you need it.
Be precise! Yes, be accurate and a colleague who takes pride in your work!
Be passionate about your profession, curious, open-minded and a problem-solver – someone to whom we can confidently and proudly entrust our PPC campaigns.
Don’t be put off by responsibility – quite the opposite! It’s good if you particularly enjoy having the freedom to work independently on your projects.
If possible, keep up to date with PPC trends, innovations and new developments. Don’t just be aware of the trends – put those innovations into practice.
You’re the person we’re looking for if you always strive to deliver the highest possible professional standards and aim to get the very best out of every project.

Something we’d particularly welcome, though it’s not a requirement:
You’ve already passed a few Google Ads exams.
You know the basics of SEO.
You’re also able to write PPC ad copy, but this isn’t a requirement.
