If the above applies to you, then we’re looking for you. Our Progressive Performance division is constantly growing, and we’re in great need of a proactive, enthusiastic PPC campaign manager.

Supporting the digital strategist in developing PPC campaign strategies

Setting up PPC campaigns (Working entirely independently is not a requirement)

Managing PPC campaigns and optimising them on a daily basis (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, X)

Configuring tracking and conversions (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

Monitoring statistics

Analysing and evaluating results

Preparing campaign reports (Looker Studio)

Formulating proactive recommendations

You won’t need to liaise with clients; our account managers handle that. However, they do rely on your professional support.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and brands, from smaller tasks right through to more complex campaigns.

You’ll also have the chance to work on advertising accounts for major brands, online shops and market-leading service providers.

We put together teams for each project from different divisions, tailored to the specific task.

Through a detailed onboarding process, you’ll get to know us, how we operate, our clients and the exciting projects we work on.

Be familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and use Tag Manager and Google Analytics on a weekly and daily basis.

Be precise!

Be passionate about your profession, curious, open-minded and a problem-solver – someone to whom we can confidently and proudly entrust our PPC campaigns.

Don’t be put off by responsibility – quite the opposite! It’s a plus if you particularly enjoy having the freedom to work independently on your projects.

You must have at least 1 year’s experience in PPC campaign management.

Keep up to date with the latest PPC trends, innovations and developments.  Don’t just be aware of the trends – put those innovations into practice.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you always strive to deliver the highest possible professional standards and aim to get the very best out of every project.

You’ve already passed a few Google Ads exams.

You know the basics of SEO.

You’re also good at writing PPC ad copy.
