Progressive is an innovative, integrated advertising agency that has been operating successfully for 25 years, serving both domestic and international clients, and we are currently looking for a senior social media manager to join our content team.

Developing a content strategy in collaboration with the digital strategy. Mentoring members of the social media team. Delivering a high standard of service to meet client needs and liaising with clients on social media matters. Participating in social media tenders and supporting the strategist in the social media sphere. Planning and coordinating social media projects, and drawing up roadmaps and timelines. Compiling the social media content calendar and coordinating content production. Moderating social media channels and keeping them up to date. Preparing presentations and analyses. Professional supervision of projects and quality assurance.

In our social media projects, you’ll be your own boss, but you’ll never be on your own – we believe in the power of the team and support one another. You’ll get to work on multiple brands across different industries – you certainly won’t get bored :) Content is developed in close collaboration with the creative team, so you can have a real impact on each brand’s communications. We love to learn and develop; we’re always on the lookout for new ideas and innovation, which is why we provide in-house training and courses to help you develop in your own field of expertise and broaden your knowledge of advertising.

You must have at least 3+ years’ experience in social media and verifiable references. You must understand social trends and be able to think in terms of annual strategy. You must have project management experience. Be passionate about your profession, curious, open-minded and a problem-solver – someone to whom we can confidently and proudly entrust our social media work. Don’t be put off by responsibility – quite the opposite. It’s good if you particularly enjoy having the freedom to work independently on your projects. You’re good at handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritising tasks brilliantly, even at a fast pace.
