“A good event doesn’t start with the décor, but with a clear understanding of the kind of connection we want to create.”
Richárd Lengyel, Business Unit Director, Partner
The Progressive Event team plans and organises corporate events, brand events, conferences, internal company events and promotional activities. We don’t just organise things to ensure everything runs smoothly: we develop a creative concept, narrative structure, content and communication strategy for and around the event, so that the gathering becomes a genuine brand experience.
In addition, we provide communication support from pre-event communication through to content generation and post-event communication, and we plan events as part of an integrated communication strategy, ensuring they are properly embedded within the wider context. Our working method, supported by the Client Portal and Progressive Brain, makes the process transparent, allowing us to focus more attention on what makes the event memorable: the people, the experience and the precisely defined business objective.
Event strategy, creative concept and end-to-end management, all handled by a single team, to ensure that your event not only takes place but also leaves a lasting impression on your audience.

“An in-house event works when colleagues are present not as spectators but as participants.”

“A good conference is not a series of presentations, but a story designed to capture the audience’s attention.”

Without a logistics concept: when everything is technically in order, but the event says nothing about the brand and leaves no lasting impression on those taking part.
Sub-tasks to be broken down: when the venue, technology, content, guest services, creative materials and follow-up communications are all managed separately, so it is up to the client to bring everything together.
The loss of human focus: when, amidst the pressure of organising, the very things that make the event worthwhile are lost: the chance to meet, the sense of involvement, the shared experience and the genuine connection with the brand.
A strategy for creating a memorable experience from the very first moment: We don’t just organise events; we seek to identify which business and communication objectives should be transformed into an experience. The target audience, the message and the desired impact determine the concept.
Creative dramaturgy: An event works when it has a clear arc. From the moment guests arrive, through the key moments, right through to the follow-up communications, we design the participant journey so that every element reinforces the same brand experience.
Human relationships and genuine presence: We believe that the power of live communication lies in face-to-face interaction. That is why we organise every detail of the event with the aim of ensuring that participants are engaged, connect with one another and take away lasting memories.
Transparent, controlled implementation: The Client Portal allows you to track tasks, deadlines and approvals, meaning less time is spent on coordination and more can be devoted to fine-tuning the content, creative aspects and user experience.
Measurable impact: The impact of the event does not end at the venue. Based on registration figures, activity levels, satisfaction ratings, leads, social media reach and follow-up results, it is also possible to assess the event’s business and communications performance.

Comprehensive organisation of the BUD Wine Contest EventWe begin every event by gaining a clear understanding of its purpose. First, we clarify who we want to reach, what message needs to be conveyed, what kind of experience we want to create, and what business or organisational outcomes we expect from the event. Only then do we move on to the practical details: venue, programme, technical requirements, visual design and event management.
Consumer events, customer events, internal company events, conferences, workshops, exhibition stands, festival activations, webinars and hybrid events.
Yes. We also design the visual and content-based concept for the event, ensuring that it is not only well-organised but also has a strong communicative impact. We start with the objective, the audience and the brand’s character to develop the creative concept, which we then translate into the venue, programme, content and the participants’ experience.
From concept development through venue selection, technical planning, content development, guest management and production, right through to the day-to-day coordination of the event, we manage the entire process within a single system. This means you don’t have to coordinate separate suppliers yourself, but instead work with a transparent, accountable team.
This is because participants do not experience the event as a list of tasks, but as a story. Good dramaturgy helps to ensure that attention is maintained throughout, that the key messages build on one another in a clear way, and that the important moments truly make an impact.
Yes. The Progressive Event Platform is a white-label, comprehensive event management system. Guests can register, provide advance details (such as parking, food allergies and special requirements), put together their own programme, book meetings or even order food. During the event, the daily programme and schedule can be updated in real time, and afterwards, participants can access summaries, presentations or content relevant to them in a personalised way.
Yes. For virtual and hybrid events, we use our own Progressive Event Platform, so we don’t just stream the event, but build a complete digital experience for participants around it. We make sure that online participants are not treated as a secondary audience: they should engage with the content, the programme and the other participants just as much as those who are physically present.
Yes. In our own studio, we can produce a full-scale live broadcast using either real or virtual sets. This is particularly useful for digital conferences, executive announcements, hybrid events or internal corporate communications where a professional visual style, a stable technical infrastructure and the personal touch of a live presentation are essential.
By not treating it as a show imposed from the outside, but by taking our cue from the corporate culture, the employees’ circumstances and the message we wish to convey. A kick-off event, awards ceremony or internal conference works well when colleagues understand why they are there and can connect emotionally with the shared goal.
Success can be measured by the number of participants, registrations, activity levels, satisfaction feedback, leads, social media reach or business follow-up results. During the planning stage, we work together to define what impact we expect the event to have, as this also helps with creative and organisational decisions.
Because the impact of the event doesn’t end at the venue. Follow-up communication helps to prolong the experience, engage participants, repurpose content and turn the connections made into business results.
Your job isn’t to put out organisational fires; what really matters is working together. The Client Portal makes tasks and approvals transparent, whilst we coordinate the process so that you can focus your energy on strategic decisions, fine-tuning the content and shaping the participant experience.
