Performance

Measurable results. Better decisions. Creative performance.

The Progressive Performance team designs and manages digital campaigns and online communication ecosystems in which media, creative, data and business objectives operate as a single integrated system.

Media strategy, media planning, media buying, PPC campaign management, SEO, GEO/AI optimisation, funnel design, conversion optimisation, eDM and analytics are all integrated to ensure that campaigns are not only visible but also deliver scalable results. For us, data is not the opposite of creativity, but one of its most important sources of feedback: AI-supported decision-making helps us see more clearly which message, channel, targeting or creative direction really works.

A performance-driven approach, strategic online communication, media planning and continuous optimisation, all within a single team, to ensure that spending, creative output and digital presence deliver results that make business sense.

Media strategy and media buying

“A good media plan is not a list of advertising channels, but a decision on where the brand can operate most effectively.”

Áron Szabó, Digital Strategist

We design our media strategy around business and communication objectives: brand awareness, driving traffic, lead generation, online sales, requests for quotes, registration or other conversion goals each require a different structure. The target audience, the customer journey, creative formats, the role of channels and measurement options all combine to determine how the budget should be allocated.[
Campaign management and optimisation

“The launch of the campaign is not the end of the process, but the start of the first real feedback.”

István Milihovszki, PPC manager

As part of campaign management, we launch and configure adverts, optimise the campaign based on the results, and produce reports. We use campaign data as decision-support information: it shows which channel, creative, targeting, message or landing page logic performs better. Continuous fine-tuning helps ensure that spend is used more effectively, creatives are more precise, and the campaign learns from its own results.
SEO/GEO, conversion optimisation and analytics

“Effectiveness starts with understanding what the user is doing, and why they get stuck or move on.”

Ágoston Földházi, Head of Performance

From an SEO and GEO perspective, we build a long-term, well-structured, searchable content presence that is also understandable to AI-powered search engines, using the appropriate technical infrastructure. When it comes to conversion optimisation, we analyse the user journey, content, visual hierarchy, speed and measurement points of the landing page, website or campaign interface. By establishing a measurement ecosystem and using precise analytics, we help ensure that everything is visible and measurable along the funnel, and that campaign data yields not just reports, but business insights and the next steps. We don’t just measure the data; we also understand it and interpret the trends and effects reflected in the data.

The usual performance routine...

Clicks without any business context: when a report is full of figures, but it doesn’t make clear why performance has improved or declined, or what should be done differently.

Media and creative treated separately: when the targeting, the channel, the message, the visuals and the landing page do not learn from each other’s results.

Launching a campaign without a feedback system: when the campaign is launched, but ongoing optimisation, testing and business feedback do not receive enough attention.

...and our approach to performance work

Start by setting out clear objective: Your objectives guide the channel mix, audience targeting, creative formats, measurement framework and KPIs from the start. Every campaign element has a clear purpose.

Media, creative and landing work together: Look beyond the ad settings. Stronger performance comes from understanding how your message, creative, landing page and conversion journey perform as one connected system.

Continuous optimisation: Turn campaign results into clear next steps. Regular analysis informs specific decisions, so your campaign keeps learning and improving rather than remaining a static setup.

The human perspective behind the data: Go beyond the numbers. Your data is interpreted in context to reveal the behaviours, decisions and barriers behind performance—turning it into better creative, media and business decisions. The Progressive Digital Ecosystem looks beyond metrics to find what drives them.

Transparent reporting and joint decision-making: See what the data means and what to do next. Rather than a data dump, your report creates a shared starting point for understanding the learnings, identifying opportunities and deciding on the next move.

This is how we work together

How do you go about launching a performance campaign?

First, we clarify the objective: what business or communication outcomes we are aiming for, who we want to reach, what decision-making pathways they follow, and what role the campaign plays within the wider brand or sales framework. Based on this, we build the channels, KPIs, creative formats and measurement logic.

What online tools and channels do you use?

We work with search ads, display and social media campaigns, video ads, programmatic solutions, remarketing, e-mail marketing, SEO, GEO and landing page optimisation, all supported by the development of a precise measurement ecosystem designed to support the measurement of business and communication objectives. The choice of channels and tools is always determined by the objective, the target audience and the customer journey.

How do you connect media and creative?

Creative output is one of the most important factors in performance. We monitor which messages, visuals, formats or offers work best, and feed these insights back into the campaign. In this way, the media does not operate separately from the creative, but constantly helps to fine-tune it.

What does ‘continuous optimisation’ mean for you?

Once the campaign has launched, we regularly monitor its performance, analyse the data and make recommendations on the next steps. This may relate to spending, targeting, creatives, the landing page, the message, channel mix or the conversion funnel.

Can you audit existing campaigns or digital systems?

Yes. During an audit or consultancy session, we examine the media structure, measurement system, creative performance, landing pages, SEO/GEO fundamentals and conversion logic. The aim is to identify opportunities for growth and areas where performance is being unnecessarily wasted.

How do SEO and GEO help with performance work?

SEO builds long-term organic visibility, whilst GEO helps make the brand and product more visible to AI-based search engines. From a performance perspective, this is important because, alongside paid campaigns, it provides a more stable, credible and searchable digital presence, as well as greater online visibility.

Do you also specialise in SEO and GEO?

Yes. In fact, SEO and GEO should not be treated as separate disciplines, but rather as interconnected fields aimed at increasing visibility in both traditional and AI-based search engines. We also provide initial visibility analysis and ongoing visibility monitoring. We offer comprehensive support: SEO and GEO audits, development plans, keyword research, prompt research, technical SEO/GEO development recommendations and [FÁ8.1] their implementation, SEO/GEO-focused content development, and progress monitoring.

What makes a good performance report?

A good report provides insight; it doesn’t just present figures. It highlights what worked, where the obstacles lie, what lessons can be learnt from the channels, creative assets or landing pages, and what decisions are worth making in the coming period.

What is my role as a client in this process?

As a client, it’s really important that you clarify your goals, business priorities and decisions. We manage the campaigns, data and optimisation recommendations, whilst you always have a clear picture of where we’re at, what we’re seeing in the data, and what decisions can drive performance forward.

How do you measure the success of a performance campaign?

Success depends on the objective: we can measure reach, clicks, click-through rate, conversion, cost per conversion, revenue, lead quality, engagement, organic visibility or user journeys. The most important thing is that these metrics should not be ends in themselves, but should be linked to the jointly defined business objective.

How does Progressive Brain learn the rules of my brand?

At the start of our collaboration, we’ll upload your brand’s style guide, data from your previous campaigns, research and creative materials into your own, fully secure Progressive Brain environment. This means the system doesn’t just make generalisations; it understands the specific context and history of your brand right from the very start.

Is our campaign data safe with Progressive Brain?

Yes. Progressive Brain is a closed, client-level isolated RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) system: each agent can only access data relating to its own brand. We process data only to the extent necessary for the service to operate, and we do not use it to train AI models. Access is granted exclusively to authorised users and our designated specialists.

What is my role if the background processes are handled by the Client Portal and Brain?

You’ll have far less administration, monitoring and coordination to deal with. This finally frees up your time for what really matters: working with us to shape the strategy, refine creative ideas and focus on the event’s business results. Our systems reduce waiting times and eliminate unnecessary, tedious tasks, so that you have the time and energy to focus on personal interaction and professional discussions.
