The idea will be turned into a practical, effective and meticulously crafted piece of work

Progressive Production supports the professional realisation of creative ideas: video, audio, filming, DTP, 2D and 3D animation, post-production and adaptation, all carried out by an award-winning team. With our own in-house studio and production specialists, we can respond to campaign requirements quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively. As strategy, creative thinking and production are closely integrated, ideas are not lost in the execution but are transformed into more precise, practical and consistent communication materials.

An in-house studio, video and audio production, DTP, animation and post-production, all under one roof, to turn a creative concept into campaign-ready content optimised for each channel.

Areas of service – we make the most of every idea

In-house studio and video production

“A good production doesn’t just bring an idea to life; it helps shape it so that it actually works.”

Member of the Progressive Production team

In our own studio, we produce video and audio content in-house, with professional staff and a well-equipped technical setup. This enables faster coordination, more flexible revisions and more cost-effective production. Whether it’s promotional films[BB1.1], tag videos, radio adverts, social media videos, employer branding interviews, product demonstrations, educational materials, event videos or internal communication content, we oversee the entire process from concept to final product.
Post-production, versioning and platform adaptation

“A piece of work is finished when it functions in the form in which people actually encounter it.”

Member of the Progressive Production team

We produce campaign-ready content from raw footage: editing, colour grading, sound editing, subtitling, animated elements, versioning and exports optimised for different platforms. We do not simply cut the same material mechanically into multiple sizes; instead, we take into account the context of use, the channel’s requirements, the aspect ratio, the length, the subtitling requirements and the campaign objectives.
2D/3D animation and animated visual explanations

“Animation is at its best when it makes complex ideas not only visually striking, but also easy to understand.”

Member of the Progressive Production team

We use 2D and 3D animation to bring complex messages, product benefits, processes or technological solutions to life and make them easy to understand. Animation is particularly useful in digital campaigns, educational content, social media communications and presentation settings, where we need to demonstrate something quickly – something that would be more difficult, more expensive or less accurate to achieve through filming.
DTP and visual preparation

“Good DTP is discreetly precise: it does not distract from the message, but creates order and consistency.”

Member of the Progressive Production team

With our DTP services, we prepare print and digital materials to the highest standards: publications, POS materials, banners, presentations, advertisements, packaging and sales promotion materials. Our aim is to ensure that everything is visually consistent, technically accurate, true to the brand and ready for production or publication.

The usual production routine...

A creative idea without any practical application: when the concept only comes together with the implementation at the very end, and it only becomes apparent during production what doesn’t work, what is too expensive or what doesn’t fit the channel.

A slow, piecemeal process: when, with separate suppliers, time, feedback, brand voice and creative intent are lost.

Technical output without a strategic link: when the material is ready, but does not serve exactly the campaign objective, platform logic or message that was originally required.

…and our production methodology

Combining creativity and production: The idea takes shape alongside the practical realities of its implementation. Thus, production does not come at the end of the process, but helps to ensure that the concept is feasible, effective and precise.

In-house studio and specialists: Having our own studio means faster response times, greater control and more cost-effective production. It makes it easier to produce different versions, adaptations, short videos, interviews, audio material and social media content.

Outputs optimised for the channel: We create different versions of our creative assets and videos by platform, aspect ratio, length and technical specifications. We don’t just produce the content; we tailor it to the environment in which it will be used.

Visual and technical quality control: Throughout the DTP, animation, post-production and export processes, we ensure that the material remains true to the brand, is accurate, usable and technically flawless.

A transparent, faster process: The Client Portal and our own review platform help ensure that tasks, amendments and approvals can be tracked. You can open, comment on and approve draft materials via a magic link, directly from your browser, without the need for any separate installation or download. Whether it’s an image, video, PDF, HTML banner or audio file, feedback remains exactly where everyone can see and understand it, and versions can be tracked in one place. This means less time is spent on coordination rounds, leaving more time for high-quality creative decisions.

This is how we work together

What does the production team do at Progressive?

The team is responsible for the production and technical implementation of creative content: in the form of video, audio, DTP, animation, filming, post-production and platform adaptation. For us, this is not a separate technical task, but a natural extension of our creative and strategic thinking.

What are the advantages of having an in-house production team?

Faster coordination, more flexible revisions, better quality control and a closer link between the creative concept and its execution. As the studio and production specialists are in-house, production can be faster and more cost-effective, particularly for regular photo, video or social media content.

What sort of video content can you produce?

We produce campaign videos, social media videos, employer branding interviews, product demonstrations, educational materials, event videos, internal communication videos and short-form content tailored to specific platforms. We always tailor the format to the objective, the context of use and the attention span of the target audience.

Do you have your own studio?

Yes. In our own, well-equipped studio, we are able to produce both video and audio content. This is a major advantage because it’s on-site, easily accessible, flexible to use, and in most cases makes regular content production or rapid campaign responses more cost-effective.

Do you help with the preparations for the shoot as well?

Yes. We also provide support with planning the concept, script, location, cast, technical requirements, schedule and production process. The aim is to ensure that, on the day of filming, we aren’t left fumbling for direction, but that everyone has the same vision, message and final product in mind.

Do you use AI in your production work?

Yes. We use AI as a creative tool in exactly the same way as any other production tool: whenever and wherever it enhances the idea, the visual world or the production process. We use AI to create entire films, visual styles, motion graphics and rapid prototypes, but always under strict creative control. The concept, directorial decisions, brand voice, pacing and final quality remain the responsibility of humans.

Can you produce campaign materials in a range of sizes and formats?

Yes. We create different versions of our creative assets and videos for each platform, aspect ratio, length and technical specification. Whether for social media, display, YouTube, presentations, print or internal communications, we ensure that the material is not just resized, but that it works effectively in the given context.

Why is it important for the production team to understand the campaign strategy?

This ensures that the final product is not only technically sound, but also serves precisely the communication objective on which the campaign is based. If the production team understands the insight, the message, the target audience and the channel, they can make better decisions, even when it comes to the finer details.

How do you measure the success of a production?

Success depends on the intended use. We can look at campaign performance, video views, completion rates, engagement, click-through rates, conversions, internal feedback, or simply how accurately and effectively the content served the communication objectives of the campaign or brand.
